PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING:

1. Select your appointment type

2. You’ll receive an email from EYEPEGASUS with portal login info (check spam/promotions).

3. Log in before your visit to:
A. Complete/update your patient info under “My Appointments → Future → Check-In.”
B. Enter both medical and vision insurance (to avoid being billed as private pay).

4. Confirm your appointment by replying to the text, email, or voicemail reminder to avoid a no-show fee.
